There has been a lot to unpack in the Stop Wall Street Looting Act of 2019, and today we draw your attention to a couple of less dramatic provisions: one relating to side letters and another to fiduciary duty. We’d love to hear your thoughts on them.

Yes, we know the bill is unlikely to become law in its current form, but it does provide a blueprint for what Senator Elizabeth Warren would pursue were she elected president next year.
