A good CFO is hard to find (and requires more pay)

In its latest Strategic Finance Report, executive search firm Eastward Partners found that mid-market PE firms are having a hard time hiring CFOs, as fewer finance pros look to change roles. And when firms are able to hire a new CFO, they are paying higher comp, Jennifer Banzaca reports.
