ACA Compliance Group adds two to leadership team

ACA Compliance Group, which provides global governance, risk and compliance advisory services and technology solutions to private funds and other financial organizations, has announced its appointment of Carrie Yonenson as chief human resource officer and Dave Metzger as chief financial officer. The recent appointments will be based out of ACA’s Silver Spring, Maryland office.

Metzger will oversee ACA’s global finance team and has a 30-year track record of working with PE-backed and publicly-traded companies. Prior to ACA, Metzger had held CFO positions at various businesses, including Cresa (a commercial real estate firm), Frontpoint, Capital Vision Services and RE/MAX.

Yonenson will occupy the newly-created CHRO position. She will oversee ACA’s human resources and people strategy, including talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and reward and recognition.

Yonenson joins from Atos IT Solutions and Services, where she served in a number of roles including human resources chief operating officer for North America, head of employee relations and employment counsel, and senior vice-president of human resources.
