A cloud-based product that automates fund management compliance processes has been launched by US tech firm ACA Compliance.
The web platform enables users to conduct risk assessment, ensure regulatory requirements are met, and track and test their compliance activity. As it is hosted on the cloud, users can access the information from anywhere.
Private equity firms can also use ComplianceAlpha to streamline their fundraising marketing.
“We’ve embedded within ComplianceAlpha that provides a full management workflow for reviewing and approving marketing material submissions,” said Kent Wegrzyn, managing director and private equity practice leader at the firm. The firm expects to launch the mobile app for the product during the second quarter of this year.
It is the second private fund technology solution to be brought to market this year. This month, portfolio management technology developer Indus Valley Partners launched a private equity deal management platform with analytics, due diligence, and data collection capabilities.
