Berkeley Research Group hires PE director

Berkeley Research Group, a global financial advisory firm, has appointed Gavin Farrell as director of private equity business development.
Farrell will focus on developing business and industry relations for BRG in the private funds market.

He joins BRG from SS&C GlobeOp, a fund administration software company, where he was a director. Prior to this he spent more than a decade at Citigroup in senior alternative investment services roles.

BRG’s private equity division provides fund administration, valuation and fund compliance services. It also advises on private equity deals.
