CapMan, the Finnish listed private equity investment group, will part ways with Hilkka-Maija Katajisto, who resigned as the firm’s human resources director and member of its management group.
Katajisto will continue her role with the firm until the end of the year.
Katajisto, who joined the firm in 2006 as a human resources manager, was later promoted as a member of the management group in 2007, according to the firm’s website.
The firm has already begun searching for a replacement, however it has said chief financial officer Niko Haavisto will assume responsibility of human resources and office services until a successor is appointed.
Established in 1989, Capman targets investments in Nordic and Russian companies and in real estate primarily in Finland. The firm manages funds with approximately €3.6 billion in total capital.
