Private Fund Compliance Forum, Day 2: The marketing rule featured prominently on panels at the second and final day of the forum. With a November 4 implementation date, compliance teams are struggling with a load of questions they have about how to ensure that updated policies and procedures stay in bounds of the rule, while also instigating and managing cultural changes to ensure compliance.
