Gen II establishes western hub with Stone Pine merger

Gen II Fund Services of New York, one of the country’s largest independent fund administrators, has boosted its western coverage with the acquisition of a Denver private fund servicer. Stone Pine Accounting will become Gen II’s Denver hub. Gen II co-founder Steve Millner says servicing companies must grow to meet the expanding needs of private equity sponsors.
