Private equity real estate firm Green Courte Partners promoted David Lentz to the role of chief operating officer (COO) and added Steven Gearhart as chief technology officer (CTO).Â
As COO, Lentz will oversee all of Green Courte's operating businesses and investments. Lentz joined Green Courte in 2003 and previously served as managing director and president and chief executive officer of its operating platform, American Land Lease.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Lentz was director of development with Mosbacher Power Group, a global developer, owner and operator of electric power projects, based in Houston. Â
In his new roles as CTO and managing director, Gearhart will oversee the firm's technology initiatives, data analytics and network infrastructure. Gearhart will continue to serve in his current position as senior vice president and chief information officer of Green Courte's near-airport parking platform, The Parking Spot.
Previously, Gearhart was a vice president of the Pritzker Realty Group and an assistant professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Chicago-based Green Courte targets niche real estate sectors. Currently, the firm’s strategies include building fully-integrated companies investing in land-lease/manufactured housing communities and parking properties.
