GTIS re-hires CFO

Amy Boyle has rejoined the New York real estate firm from American Realty Capital.

GTIS Partners has reappointed Amy Boyle as managing director and chief financial officer. Boyle spent three years at GTIS as a vice president and controller departing the firm in 2009.

Boyle rejoins the New York-headquartered real estate firm from American Realty Capital where she was chief financial officer of three publicly-registered real estate investment trusts.

She has also worked as chief financial officer for the Clarion Lion Properties Fund, Clarion Partners’ flagship real estate fund. While at Clarion, she also held positions in the finance and portfolio management groups.

“I am thrilled to rejoin the team at GTIS,” said in a statement Boyle. “The firm has grown significantly since my departure in 2009, and I continue to be impressed by the foresight the team has in the real estate sector both domestically and abroad.”

GTIS Partners has 65 employees based in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and São Paulo, Brazil. It has approximately $3 billion of assets under management.
