The committee is demonstrating upgraded resources and a strong focus on enforcement.

The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States’ has grown in prominence as the US-China trade war has escalated. Now, it has grown in strength, lawyers tell Private Funds CFO’s Connor Hussey.
