Today I’ve got this piece of breaking news that the Institutional Limited Partners Association has released its new deal-by-deal model limited partnership agreement. I took a look at the new version, which follows the organization’s release last year of a whole-of-fund model LPA, and spoke to three of the people who developed it, ahead of today’s release.
