Keensight Capital named Alexandre Carrot as chief financial officer, a newly created position. Â He was previously a deputy CFO at rival European private equity firm LBO France.
Carrot started his career as an auditor in 2006, firstly at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg and then at Massena Partners in Paris.
Also joining the firm is Guillaume Lefebvre as an associate. He joins from Argos Soditic in Paris where he held a similar role specializing in energy and healthcare deals.
Keensight spun out from R Capital, a subsidiary of the Rothschild Group, in November 2013. Paris-based Keensight held a final close for its new fund Keensight IV on its hard cap of €250 million, above its initial target of €200 million, in October.Â
