Indian real estate firm Milestone Capital Advisors named Dhruv Jain as its chief financial officer and head of risk management.
Jain will be responsible for the financial control, treasury, budgeting, MIS & risk mitigation activities at Milestone and its subsidiaries, according to a statement from the firm.
Prior to joining Milestone, Jain was the group chief financial officer at brokerage firm India Infoline. Jain has also held key roles at Citi Financial, telecommunications company Bharti Airtel and stock brokers Kotak Securities.
At the start of the year the Mumbai-based fund manager hired Alok Aggarwal from SUN-AREA Property Partners to head its real estate investment team as the firm is preparing to launch an INR5 billion fund.
Milestone currently has more than INR32 billion ($540 million; €400 million) assets under management across seven funds, and manages over 25 million square feet of real estate projects.
