New Faces of Finance 2026: Submit your nominations

Private Funds CFO is pleased to announce that the deadline to nominate up-and-coming talent for its annual New Faces of Finance list has been extended to November 7, 2025.

The list recognizes individuals under the age of 40 who are playing a key role in shaping the future of finance.

Honorees from the Class of 2025 list included the likes of Carly Altieri, a principal at Victory Park Capital; Paul Huber, a managing director on the investment team at Clearlake Capital Group; and Louisa Klouda, a chief executive officer and founder at Fenchurch Legal.

To be eligible, nominees should be under the age of 40 on February 4, 2026. Nominees should not have appeared in any previous New Faces of Finance.

The extended deadline for submissions is end of day on Friday, November 7, 2025.

Private Funds CFO’s editorial team will determine the list based on several criteria, including:

  • Evidence of leadership and innovation;
  • The caliber of the firms/clients they have worked with and any deals they have generated;
  • Whether they possess an ‘X factor’ that marks them as a future leader in private funds finance.
