Private Funds CFO is pleased to announce that the deadline to nominate up-and-coming talent for its annual New Faces of Finance is on November 6, 2026.

The list recognizes individuals under the age of 40 who are playing a key role in shaping the future of finance.

Honorees from the Class of 2026 list included the likes of Blake Cholost, a deputy CFO at Kinderhook Industries; Katie Twomey, a senior vice-president of finance and operations at Illumen Capital; and Ben Kruger, a managing director at Clearlake Capital Group.

To be eligible, nominees should be under the age of 40 on January 27, 2027. Nominees should not have appeared in any previous New Faces of Finance.

The deadline for submissions is end of day on Friday, November 6, 2026.

Private Funds CFOโ€™s editorial team will determine the list based on several criteria, including:

  • Evidence of leadership and innovation;
  • The caliber of the firms/clients they have worked with and any deals they have generated;
  • Whether they possess an โ€˜X factorโ€™ that marks them as a future leader in private funds finance.
