NorthEdge Capital, a Northern England-focused buyout firm, promoted Emma Rawlinson to chief financial officer.
Rowlinson has been with the firm since its inception in 2009, when she came on board as finance director. She’s been “an integral member of the NorthEdge team” the firm said in a statement announcing her promotion.
In her role, Rawlinson will continue to work alongside NorthEdge’s senior management team with responsibility for the operational side of the business, handling HR, legal issues and infrastructure.
Rawlinson, an experienced chartered accountant and debt advisory practitioner, has “been a real asset to us over the years,” said NorthEdge chief operating officer Dan Wright, adding she has “developed excellent relationships with both our investors and portfolio companies.”
