Traub Capital Partners, a NY-based PE firm specializing in consumer companies, has hired Sean Reilly to be its CFO. Traub, which closed its first fund in September, has not previously had a CFO. The fund targets companies with revenue between $50 million and $250 million.
Reilly was previously involved in an entrepreneurial venture that saw the creation and expansion of fund administration platform Carta Fund Services, according to an announcement from Traub. He has held senior PE finance roles at Blackstone and Credit Suisse, and was CFO of Clean Energy Partners, LP.
Before the launch of its first fund, Traub had closed on two transactions totaling $400 million, according to the announcement.
