SEC’s Hinman to keynote CFOs & COOs Forum

Attendees at Private Equity International’s annual CFO & COOs Forum in January will get a rare opportunity to hear about regulatory initiatives affecting the private equity industry from a senior Securities and Exchange Commission official.

The SEC’s director of the Division of Corporate Finance, William H Hinman, will participate in a featured fireside chat at the event, to be held January 22-23, 2020 at the Grand Hyatt New York. Hinman will discuss current and future initiatives, including plans to increase retail investor access to private investments.

The event will include panels, working groups and invite-only think tanks covering the most important topics in private equity, including ESG policies, the market for secondaries, a deep dive in fundraising strategies for GPs and more.
