Alicia Battistoni, formerly an account executive at Abernathy MacGregor , a financial communications firm, has joined Sixpoint Partners in a newly-created position of marketing coordinator..

In her new role at Sixpoint, Battistoni will be focusing on marketing, media relations and external communications and will also work with the firm's underlying clients to ensure they have an effective communications strategy, Battistoni told private funds management

Battistoni spent three years at Abernathy MacGregor, where she focused on media relations, investor relations and managed client reputations in transformational events such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, crises, bankruptcies and management changes at firms including alternative investment firms.
