DLA Piper appoints new institutional investor director; Kirkland adds tax lawyer in Chicago; and more private fund lawyer moves.
The team will work in the firm’s Paris office, alongside the team of private equity and M&A lawyers Goodwin nabbed from KWM earlier this year.
Tim Bednall takes over the role from William Boss who resigned in January.
Kirkland has promoted 31 private equity lawyers across its 12 offices, and Goodwin has promoted one in both its London and New York offices.
