Tower Three Partners names CFO, CCO

The Connecticut-based firm named a successor to Chris Jacobs, who has retired.

Tower Three Partners named Debra Bricker for the dual role of chief financial officer and chief compliance officer. She replaces Chris Jacobs, who has retired.

Bricker joins Tower Three with more than 16 years of private equity and financial management experience, having previously served as CFO and CCO at peer private equity firm Harvest Partners. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a senior accountant at Schroders in New York and Singapore.

“I am pleased to have someone of [Bricker’s] caliber join our team,” said in a statement Towers Three founder Bill Forrest. “[Her] extensive background in the financial services industry and deep leadership experience makes her an ideal addition to our team.”

Based in Greenwich, CT, Towers Three is a mid-market investor targeting deals in the $50 million to $150 million range.
