UK and European firms’ back offices growing

MM&K’s Nigel Mills provides us a look at early findings from the firm’s 2020 UK and European PE and VC Compensation Survey, which shows that at a majority of respondent firms, back office staff sizes have increased in the last year.

Nigel also gives us a peek at what bonuses and salaries are likely to look like, according to the survey.
