Vista hires deputy GC

Alexandria Stuart joined the firm in April from global law firm Ropes & Gray.

Vista Equity Partners has appointed Alexandria Stuart as deputy chief compliance officer and general counsel, according to her LinkedIn profile.

She joined in April from Ropes & Gray, where she was a litigation associate for five years in its New York and San Francisco offices. Her practice focused on representing clients in government investigations and enforcement actions.

She brings the existing senior legal and compliance team to four members, including chief operating officer and chief legal officer David Breach and general counsel Christina Lema.
