Partner move: Former Clifford Chance US Private Funds group head Roger Singer has joined Gibson Dunn & Crutcher as an investment partner in New York. It is his first professional move since 1996. Singer advises clients on private equity, real estate, natural resources, infrastructure and debt funds, and works with a range of clients, from first-time fund sponsors to the asset management divisions of major financial services firms.
