Calling all private fund CFOs!

Pfm and EisnerAmper are trying to define the role of today’s CFO and we need your help.

We don’t envy private fund CFOs and their ever-lengthening list of responsibilities. From tax matters to office leases, cybersecurity to investor reporting, finance chiefs are tasked with the important and varied duties that keep a firm operating on the straight and narrow.

But do you know whether your CFO duties align with those of your peers, and whether you share the same priorities? We want to establish an accurate job description for today’s private fund CFO, so pfm, in collaboration with EisnerAmper, is conducting a survey of US-based CFOs and we’d like to hear from you.

The multiple-choice survey covers areas such as risk preparedness, changes to back office teams and regulatory compliance. The survey can be found here and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The results will be published in a special supplement with the November edition of pfm. All participants will be sent a copy of the results.
