Crestbridge plans Cayman office

The opening will mark the fund services firm’s third office.

Crestbridge plans to have a Cayman office up and running by the end of the year, according to a firm statement.

Crestbridge provides GPs fund administration services, as well as fiduciary outsourcing, risk management oversight and other services needed by managers with offshore vehicles.

The new office, to be led by a team of three directors who are specialists in alternatives, will complement Crestbridge’s posts in Jersey and Luxembourg, two other popular fund domiciles.

Commenting on the expansion, Crestbridge chief executive Graeme McArthur said: “Given the demand for Cayman based services from our existing client base, Crestbridge opening its doors in the Cayman Islands makes sense not only for our existing clients, but for our overall growth strategy.”

Crestbridge was started 18 years ago, and administers some $60 billion in assets.
