Endowment Capital names COO

Pam Strisofsky has joined the mid-market firm as chief operating officer and managing director.

Pennsylvania-based mid-market firm Endowment Capital has recruited Pam Strisofsky to oversee the firm’s internal operations as chief operating officer and managing director. 

Strisofsky joins Endowment Capital from early-stage venture firm TL Ventures, where she acted as chief financial officer. While at TL she provided accounting, financial, and strategic support to several funds and companies, including, Safeguard International Fund, Eastern Technology Council, Guardian Capital Partners, and Internet Capital Group.

Strisofsky’s experience includes participating in the National Venture Capital Association’s (NVCA) CFO task force and audit committee, as well as the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s private company user group, according to her public LinkedIn profile.

In a statement, Endowment Capital founder Philip Timon praised the appointment, adding Strisofsky arrives at a time of “increasing regulatory demands and complexity”. 

Strisofsky was not immediately available for comment on who she succeeds, or if she represents the firm’s first chief operating officer.
