GenNx360 hires CFO

The longtime chief financial officer of Falconhead Capital has joined GenNx360.

Glen Bushery joined New York-based private equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners as chief financial officer.

He was previously CFO and chief compliance officer at rival New York firm Falconhead Capital, where for the past 10 years he managed the firm’s administration, finance, compliance, and HR functions. Before that he served as a controller for Vestar Capital Partners.

“I’m here to help build the infrastructure needed to facilitate continued growth and value creation,” Bushery said in a statement commenting on his new role.

Falconhead was not immediately available for comment on Bushery’s possible successor.

GenNx360 Capital Partners is a mid-market firm focused on investments in the industrial and business services space. The group is currently raising capital for its second flagship fund, targeting $750 million. The firm had raised roughly half of that amount as of August, according to documents filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
