InvestorFlow to announce merger; CFOs shaking it up (part two)

Tech: Personalized investor portal provider InvestorFlow will announce a merger that will see the addition of a private markets CRM to its platform. I spoke with the CEO of InvestorFlow ahead of the announcement about the deal, the resultant offering, and how he thinks the new, combined entity can bring the sophistication the biggest players bring to workflow and information management to the middle market.
