JTC Fund Services makes senior hires

JTC Fund Services has made senior appointments in its London and Luxembourg offices as part of an expansion.

Daniel Essoo has been named senior director in the London office. He specializes in helping firms with complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate and fund solutions, and has experience in private equity and emerging markets. He was previously UK managing director at SGG Group.

Femy Mouftaou has joined JTC’s Luxembourg office as director and head of business development. He is charged with driving the firm’s growth strategy in Luxembourg and managing an international client portfolio. He was previously managing director and conducting officer at Apex Fund Services. Mouftaou is vice president of the Luxembourg Africa Investments Association.

JTC’s expansion follows last year’s launch of its JTC Global AIFM ManCo in Luxembourg and a UK-based depositary service for alternative funds, which is a collaboration with INDOS Financial.
