Omnes Capital has hired Miria Spath Werder to head its international business development activities.
Spath Werder, who will be based in Zurich, will help the Paris-headquartered firm develop its international investor base. She will report to Martine Sessin-Caracci, who heads up the firm’s communications and investor relations team.
She spent nine years at Akina, an investment adviser to European private equity programs focusing on investing in small- and medium-sized businesses. She has also worked at EY and PwC in auditing roles.
Paris-based Omnes Capital invests in private equity and infrastructure funds, and has €3 billion in assets under management. It focuses on buyout and growth capital, private debt, venture capital, infrastructure, co-investment, and secondaries funds of funds.
It is a signatory of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment.
The firm was a subsidiary of Credit Agricole until March 2012, and is now owned by employees.
