SEC’s Bowden flags operating partner fees

Consultants disguised as operating partners and discreetly shifting administration costs to investors are part of the SEC's investigation into 'hidden fees' , revealed the agency's top examiner Andrew Bowden at PEI's Private Fund Compliance Forum.
