Elsewhere, the SEC has appointed a new associate regional director to its Los Angeles office. Katharine Zoladz joined the SEC as a staff attorney in 2010, and will now head up enforcement across Southern California, Arizona, Hawaii and Nevada, alongside fellow associate regional director, Alka Patel.
