Luxembourg sees big growth in its private debt market

Luxembourg saw a steep increase in private debt funds domiciled there this year, Connor Hussey writes, with average assets under management growing by more than 36 percent since 2019. Sister title Private Debt Investor reported this summer that the market in the US was also expected to grow significantly this year, with some 64 percent of respondents to a bfinance survey saying they expected to increase allocations to the sector in 2020.
