Nominate the private funds industry’s New Faces of Finance 2024

Tell us who you think should be included as one of this year’s New Faces of Finance, celebrating the achievements of finance professionals working across the private markets.

Private Funds CFO is now taking nominations for its second annual New Faces of Finance list, which recognises the next generation of finance professionals set to shape the future of the private markets.

Building on the success of last year’s inaugural list, this year’s submissions process is open to finance professionals working within the private funds industry who will be under the age of 40 as of January 31st, 2024.

The deadline for nominations is Friday 3 November.

The 2023 list highlighted some of the best and brightest finance professionals working in private funds across the globe. This included the likes of Pamela Ramigadu, chief financial officer at Adenia Partners, who worked her way up from being an assistant accountant in 2012 to being promoted to CFO last year aged 31, and Quona Capital’s director of finance, Maryna Higgins, who led the firm’s finance function while its AUM grew from $90 million to more than $745 million in just six years.

This year’s list will be published in a special edition of Private Funds CFO and distributed at the upcoming Private Funds CFO New York Forum 2024, set to be held on January 30-31st 2024.

Private Funds CFO’s senior editorial team will decide the list based on three criteria:

  • Evidence of leadership and innovation;
  • The caliber of the firms they have worked with and any developments they were crucial in bringing about;
  • Whether they possess an ‘X factor’ that marks them out as a future leader in private funds finance.

How to submit your nomination

  • Fill in the online nomination form here.
  • On the form, in 500 words or less, include details of what the person has achieved to make them worthy of being included in the list, and any specific innovations that the nominee has developed or career achievements that should be considered.
  • Any information included in the nomination should be suitable for publication.
  • Please also include date of birth in Month/Day/Year format. Nominees must be under the age of 40 on January 31, 2024. Nominees can be based anywhere in the world.
  • Firms and PRs are welcome to submit nominations, with no more than two nominations per firm.
