The Massachusetts-based real estate firm has named Ami Fatula as chief financial officer.

Real estate firm Northland Investment Corporation has hired former AEW Partners Funds’ Ami Fatula as chief financial officer.

Fatula, who led accounting and reporting for rival real estate firm AEW Partners, joins Northland to oversee the firm’s finance, accounting tax, reporting, treasury and technology functions.

Prior to AEW Partners Fatula also specialized in real estate as an audit manager at Ernst & Young.
