Ocorian, a global corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets service provider, has hired Marc van Rijckevorsel as head of business development, corporate and fund services for the US in the firm’s New York office.
He comes from Intertrust, where he held various roles including commercial director, in which he was responsible for business development and client relationship management in the US.
“[Van Rijckevorsel] has a proven track record in helping finance, legal and tax professionals with the set-up and management of their investment structures globally,” the firm said in a press statement. He has worked with large private equity, real estate and infrastructure fund managers, as well as Fortune 500 companies, the firm added.
