Pine Brook hires IR principal

Pine Brook Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has appointed Grace Kim as a principal in its investor relations team.

She joins from Arsenal Capital Partners, a New York-based lower mid-market private equity firm, where she held the same role. Kim will report to Jim Rutherfurd, head of the four-person investor relations team at Pine Brook.

She has held positions numerous positions in private equity, including in business development at Providence Equity Partners and managing director of private funds at Forbes Capital and Guggenheim Partners.

Pine Brook focuses on investment in the financial services and energy sectors, and has over $6 billion of assets under management.
