Alter Domus sets up shop in London

Alter Domus has planted its flag in London, marking the opening of the firm’s 14th office since its 2003 launch.

Dominique Robyns, the firm’s chief executive, said in a statement the decision was made to “meet the evolving needs” of its UK clients. The firm has been aggressively expanding in recent years, launching offices in Belgium, Malta and Singapore just last year.

Spearheading the new office will be Anna Coutts Donald, previously the associate director of KPMG’s investment management practice in London. Donald, who will be responsible for bringing in new UK business, helped establish KPMG’s alternative investments group during her tenure at the “Big Four” accountancy firm.

Alter Domus has other offices in Belgium, China, Cyprus, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Ireland, Jersey, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Mauritius, Singapore and New York.

The firm offers fund managers various professional services, including fund administration and reporting.
