The results show that, with regard to the sharing of carried interest at private equity firms in Europe, there has been no material change. The most noticeable trends may be that CFOs, general counsel and IR professionals are now more likely to be partners, and enthusiasm for wealth creation among the ranks of private equity professionals has never been higher.
