WFH and work-life-balance; WilliamsMarston promotions

WFH: Senior editor Toby Mitchenall revisits a pre-covid report on work-life-balance in PE, and asks whether the industry, after months of working from home, will embrace a better balance in the future.

WilliamsMarston: The accounting advisory and management consulting firm, which advises private equity-backed companies, will promote Ryan Ganley to Director in New York, and Nolan Kiernan to Manager in Boston, on July 1.

Ganley advises clients on technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, lease accounting, preferred stock and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting. Kiernan focuses on M&A, audit preparedness, the new leasing standard, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Both came to the firm from PwC’s assurance practice – Ganley in 2017; Kiernan in 2018.
