Gloomy outlook for co-invest demand

SEC’s broken deal expenses may stymie investor appetite for co-investments.

CFOs & COOs Forum: Panelists at the Forum on Thursday said the SEC’s “disturbingly quick” proposed changes to regulations regarding broken deal fees could muffle demand for co-investments, and will represent “one of the biggest issues between front office, back office and the LPs” in the coming year or two.
