Denham sends middle and back-office teams to Petra; Gen II automates PE subscription service

Private equity firm Denham Capital has placed its compliance, middle and back-office staff with its administrator, Petra Funds Group. Tom Auchterlonie reports that the administrator also opened a Boston office as it grows its geographic footprint.

Fund administrator Gen II has launched a digital solution that automates the fund subscription process and gives PE fund managers real-time information on their fundraising, Jennifer Banzaca reports.
