Ropes & Gray adds ex-Bain Capital regional GC as it grows PE group; TriState Capital Bank hires fund finance head

Former Bain Capital regional general counsel David Hutchins is joining law firm Ropes & Gray’s private equity practice as the law firm staffs up its group with a slew of hires across the US, Jennifer Banzaca reports. Hutchins spent nine years at Bain, where he was general counsel of North America Private Investments.

TriState Capital Bank has hired Kristin Castellanos as its head of fund finance, joining from MUFG Investor Services, Tom Auchterlonie reports.
